Ingredients
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. ginger ale
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve 3/4 c. juice)
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained (reserve 3/4 c. juice)
1 c. strawbeery halves
1 c. blueberries, drained
2 c. sliced bananas
Topping:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ginger ale. Add fruits and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate until set.
Topping:
Mix reserved juices and bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Pour over gelatin mixture and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
