Ingredients
Dough:
1 large pkg. frozen sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip
Glaze:
¼ c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
Directions
Slice cookies ¼ inch thick and spread around a pizza pan. Press together with a fork Bake cookies for 10 minutes. When coll, spread with mixture of cream cheese and Cool Whip. Make glaze and cook until it thickens. Arrange slices of fruit on cookie crust. Good fruit to use are bananas, peaches, pineapple and kiwi. Strawberries or raspberries are good in the middle. Dribble glaze over the fruit.
