Ingredients
½ lb. green beans
⅓ c. olive oil
⅓ c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
½ c. finely chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
¼ c. chopped parsley

Directions
Remove ends from the green beans. Cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Cook in a small amount of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and cool quickly. Prepare dressing of oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic, onion, salt, pepper, dill and parsley. Pour dressing over beans before serving and mix well. Makes 6 servings.
