Ingredients
6 celery stalks
⅓ c. olive oil
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
6 pitted black olives, sliced
1 ½ tsp. mild mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. salt
Black pepper
Directions
Cut celery into thin slices. Place in shallow dish and add oil and marinate for 1 hour. Add eggs and olives. Combine mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and stir in oil. Chill and serves 6.
