Ingredients
¾ c. chicken fat or margarine
¾ c. minced onion
10 matzoth, broken fine
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. condensed chicken soup
¼ c. chopped parsley

Directions
Saute onion in margarine or chicken fat until soft. Add matzo and brown lightly. Combine parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and soup. Add to matzo and mix lightly.
