Ingredients
1 c. raisins
7 c. soft bread crumbs
¾ c. butter
½ - 1 c. chopped onion
1 chopped clove garlic
2 c. diced tart apple
¼ c. chopped parsley
¼ tsp. paprika
Salt to taste
1 c. chopped celery
Directions
Place raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and add to bread crumbs; mix in rest of ingredients. Add salt to taste and stuff bird.
