Ingredients
1 c. raw oatmeal
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 c. flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
½ c. orange juice

Directions
Beat eggs until lemon color, add sugar and beat well. Add shortening and mix well. Add orange juice, oatmeal and flour; mix (batter should not be too hard or too soft). Roll dough out thin. Cut into triangles. Fill with jelly and nuts. Roll from wide to narrow. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
