Ingredients
1 bunch tender new carrots
Oil
Salt
Honey
Flour

Directions
Cut carrots into thin slices. Saute very lightly in oil. Add ¼ cup of water; cover and let simmer until carrots are almost soft. Add pinch of salt and add honey to taste. If there is not enough sauce, add ¼ cup more water; simmer and thicken sauce by adding a little flour. Simmer one more minute.
