Ingredients
½ c. honey
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
2 ½ - 3 lb. chicken breast
Salt
Mix together the honey, orange juice and orange rind. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Spoon about ⅓ of the honey mixture over the chicken pieces. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes. Baste twice with the remaining honey mixture.
